Expert Alliance is the specialist consulting practice founded in 2002 by Dr Alan James, deploying best-in-field expertise at the intersection of innovation, infrastructure, and investment. Key areas of focus are Ultra High Speed Transport and Smart Energy, whilst our broader portfolio spans subjects as diverse as the diplomatic service, inward investment, and tourism development.

Unlike conventional consultancies, our credentials extend beyond the clients we have advised, who include Heads of Governments and Corporate C-Suites. Our track record is equally rooted in knowledge, data and experience arising from direct personal investments in groundbreaking projects, outstanding people, and transformative technologies.

Unlike the consulting monoliths, we have no high-overhead army of junior consultants. Our clients are advised only by the most senior experts in the relevant field, and all our outputs are produced personally by those exceptionally experienced individuals.
